LOCAL GOVERNMENT AMENDMENT (CODE OF CONDUCT) BILL 2022 (No. 52) The House of Assembly advised that it agreed to the Legislative Council amendments. CRIMINAL CODE AMENDMENT (CRIMINAL JURISDICTION OF THE ASSOCIATE JUDGE) BILL 2023 (No. 16) First Reading Bill received from the House of Assembly and read the first time. Mrs HISCUTT (Montgomery - Leader of the Government in the Legislative Council) - Mr President, I move - That the second reading of the bill be made an order of the day for Tuesday next. Motion agreed to.
