Mr FARRELL - By way of explanation to the honourable member, the reason is that if we have time on Monday evening, and because we have commitments on Tuesday and Wednesday, if 18 November 2011 2 time permits and members are agreeable, then the idea would be to put these two through on Monday night. Leave granted.
